Es tut uns aufrichtig Leid, wenn Ihnen das von Ihnen gebuchte Familienzimmer in der Villa nicht zugesagt hat. Vielleicht möchten Sie bei einer zukünftigen Buchung einmal die Zimmer im Haupthaus ausprobieren, dessen Stil etwas moderner ist. Auch bedauern wir, dass Ihr Besuch im Restaurant nicht zufriedenstellend war., da wir immer sehr gute Kritiken bekommen. Wir hoffen, Sie bei einem zukünftigen Besuch mit einem besseren Service überzeugen zu können.
