We were given basic room, we paid extra to get better room. Moved to Room no.209 (EXECUTIVE ROOM), room better. But at night after 12 midnight there was lots of furniture movement noise , coming from upstairs Restaurant. When complained, after a while they stopped. Again the noise started at 5AM in the morning and was informed the Resturant staff were cleaning the place. In the morning there was no hot water at all. Were informed HW will come, but nothing happened, we left hotel at 8.30am
