The location is in a busy area, the parking is hard, however they do have valet to park your car. The hotel doesn’t offer room service. The breakfast is nice. The staff is super friendly. It serves for a short stay and sleep. But if you expect more comfortable amenities, you might want to look somewhere else.

Nice staff

Arrived very late. The desk clerk was very helpful and did his best since my Portuguese and his English barely existed. He open Google Translate to get us through the check process.

Custo-benefício compatível com o de um hotel do tipo express. Ponto alto foram os cuidados com a higienização dos ambientes em tempos de pandemia e o tratamento dos funcionários. Pontos que incomodaram: ruído do tráfego por se localizar em uma das principais avenidas e o acesso estreito ao estacionamento interno.

As instalações do hotel são boas! Tudo novinho, conservado e higienizado. Cuidados preventivos com a COVID-19 bem observados. Tive experiências bem desagradáveis no restaurante. O atendimento e preparo dos alimentos deixaram a desejar. No entanto, recebi um contato telefônico da gerente que se desculpou, se comprometeu a resolver os problemas e propôs tarifas diferenciadas para as próximas hospedagens. Essas medidas compensatórias chamaram minha atenção para uma segunda chance. Do contrário, eu não retornaria ao hotel.
