As always, Host Dave Churchill is an outstanding host. This was our third month-long stay in his Jupiter Bay condo and he was, and always has been attentive in every way possible. Always easy to communicate with, and the condo was always immaculate upon our arrival, We felt like we never left. The grounds are maintained beautifully, the pools are always nice, and the on-site Twisted Tuna restaurant has a great menu and a fun staff. We managed to see 4 shows at the Maltz Theater and a freebie concert in Carlin Park on Valentine’s Day. Also, we spent some time on the beautiful beach. All done without having to use a car. Great Host, beautiful condo, great location. Perfect!

Just recently stayed at Jupiter Bay in Dave and Sharon's fabulous condo. It was very easy to book and Dave was very helpful in the process. We just loved the condo! It was well laid out an very welcoming. We definitely felt at home right away. So close to many beaches and beach items were supplied. We had a great time visiting the local restaurants and bars. The climb to the top of the lighthouse was fun. We are highly recommending this condo for your stay in Jupiter Florida!

Dave was extremely responsive. We had a great 7 night stay at his condo with our 2 kids. The condo is in an excellent location. We went to the beach and pools every day. Carlin Park and the beach at Carlin Park was a short, lovely walk. There were 2 beach chairs, a beach cart and some sand toys for us to use. Plenty of shower and beach towels, as well as a clean, efficient washer/dryer in the condo. The condo was clean and well equipped for our week stay. We ate out at local restaurants each night, but could have easily made meals in the well stocked kitchen. We really enjoyed the beautiful area and hope to be back.

Great location

Located near park and beach. Beautiful wood chip walking path, about a mile and a half long, is located behind the condos. Walking distance to the beach. The condo is very clean and comfortable and has a balcony where you can eat outside. Enjoyed the pool and restaurant on the property and the happy hour as well. The host is super helpful and addresses any problems right away. Have stayed here five times and would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Spot

As it worked out, our son had Spring Break at the same time as I had to be in Jupiter for work. Needing a larger hotel room, we instead decided to to stay in a VRBO. It was the best decision for us. Dave the owner was immediately in touch when we selected his property. We took care of all the arrangements quickly. Then we kept in touch through the process. The Condo is really nice. Tastefully decorated and the size of the rooms for a 3 person party perfect. My wife and son spent most of the time in the Lenai hanging out, reading and listening to the ocean The Beach(Carlin Park) is about a 1/2 mile walk across A1A on the walking trail. Plenty of Restaurants. Grocery Store right next door and you can find anything you need within a few miles on Indiantown Road It’s one of our favorite places we have ever stayed due to the beach, property and location. Easily could live there. Hope to return

What’s not to like?

This was our second 1-month stay at this property and it was as nice, if not nicer, as the first. Clean throughout, well stocked, quiet and cozy, and has a wonderful, large screened porch overlooking the beautiful grounds and Carlin Park. The complex is extremely well maintained and is within walking distance to the beach, Carlin Park, the Maltz Theater, and Publix Supermarket. We had a great stay with zero complaints. Also, for those of you that work remotely as I do, there is a workspace/desk in the kitchen that easily accommodates 2 laptops and 2 external monitors. Last, but not least, the host (Dave C.) respond quickly to any questions, etc. Thank Dave!

Great place in a lovely town

The condo was comfortable, clean and well stocked. The owner was extremely helpful and responsive. We found lots of fun things to do in the area and enjoyed some delicious food at local restaurants. If you like to cook, the fish at Pinder’s fish market is expensive but outstanding.

Good Christmas Stay

All in all, our stay was a 4.5 out of 5. The owner was always very responsive, location outstanding, beds and bathrooms as listed. Access to both pools was nice and and easy 10 min walk to the beach. Owner provided beach towels, cooler, chairs and a push cart for all our beach stuff. Also nice to have the enclosed patio as we had coffee and dinner on the patio.The only reason for a slightly lower that 5/5 is floors were dirty when we arrived, very limited in supplies (toilet paper, dish tabs, hand soap) and concrete cutting was happening during our stay which was extremely noisy for a couple days. It would have been nice to know about the construction ahead of time and, if you are there for an extended stay, you may need to bring your own basic supplies.

Excellent Stay

We have rented this property a number of times and have never been disappointed. It is definitely more comfortable than any hotel. Also enjoyed the heated pool by the Twisted Tuna restaurant. Took walks every day along the wood chip path in Carlin Park and went to the nearby beach. The owner responds immediately to any questions or concerns. Would stay again.

Wonderful accommodations!!!

We loved this condo!!! We have stayed at many places in Jupiter Bay the past four years, but this is surely at the top of our list! The condo was clean, well organized and had a great deal of supplies in the kitchen and elsewhere to make a terrific vacation stay! Dave was also very responsive and helpful, too.

We had a wonderful stay. Condo was even nicer than the photos indicate, and staying indoors was very relaxing as the weather was too hot to be outdoors.
