This is a very clean, well manicured hotel. Have a nice pool. Staff is mediocre and very few amenities. Coffee available in lobby daily. No food or snacks available. Water and soda available. Unable to use Wi-Fi in my room during the stay, only seemed to work while in lobby and outside lobby and TV is a nice size but flickered at bottom of screen and was dark.

This is a nice smaller hotel with very nice room and property. I would stay here again! One complaint: it says in your listing that they provide breakfast and they do not. This needs to be changed!

Very clean, everyone was great! Especially the young man who was behind the front desk when we arrived Monday at 2:00 pm and when we left Friday morning around 7:30. I filled out the questionnaire you had in the room. I circled the last star for 5 stars but I think you might have misunderstood it for one star. Definitely 5stars.

The room was incredibly clean comfortable and simply amazing very comfortable. The room featured beautiful views of the intercostal with amazing palm trees that looked like you could reach out and touch them.

The beds were comfortable, the views were really nice, there was tea and coffee in the morning and all that was great. One issue which they cannot control is trains came through three times in the middle of the night waking us up each time. The one thing they could control was that after being woken up three times in the middle of the night we were trying to sleep in and their lawn people showed up at 8:15 and woke us up.

The most charming boutique hotel! Incredible location on the water. This hotel has been meticulously maintained, extremely clean, excellent service and feels like Florida! The lobby is well furnished and very welcoming. You will not be disappointed!

The views from almost every room were spectacular. Everything was pristine; the rooms, the lobby, the grounds. It is right off a main road but very quiet. Communication prior to arrival was prompt and helpful and came from Nick, who actually works there. We loved our stay there. Thanks!
