Completely remodeled 2 bed two bath condo that is one of the few condos in Bella Vista that has a courtyard in front instead of a large parking lot. This used to be our home so we updated it for living in it and we take pride in quality. The kitchen has high end appliances, quartz counter tops, ample cabinet space and fully stocked for everything you need for your stay. We paid particular attention to the quality of the beds and bedding material that is fit for someones personal home. Wall mounted TVs are set up in the living room and master bedroom with lots of cable channels including HBO and Showtime. The flooring is all Italian tile and the living room is set up with sofa and love seat. We have a large patio with two access points from the condo with a cushioned couch and two chairs as well as an automated Sunbrella with a wind sensor. We also have all your beach going needs with beach towels and umbrellas. The location is extremely quiet and is next to Carlin Park which has a 1.l4 mile exercise and walking track and just 5 minutes more walk with get you to the ocean. Amenities abound close to you to meet all your needs. We promise you that when you arrive you will see a sparkling clean interior which we take pride in.
