What a privilege to stay on the top floor of a lovely resort with an incredible view. We enjoyed our stay very much.The kitchen supplies were quite basic, and there was no kettle for warming water, which is odd. We requested one, and the property manager said they would drop one off, but they never did.It also took several text messages to get an answer on what to do with our garbage. They did drop off additional toilet paper, though, which was helpful. The property manager - Perfect Stays - also has little, quietly transgressive notes posted around the apartment reminded you that you could charged hundreds of dollars for any damage to towels or linens. A very corporate and impersonal thing to do. Overall, we really had a great stay - the apartment is simple and comfy - but when customers are being charging a premium price, then I think they deserve a better welcome and a more responsive host.
