Dated but clean. Breakfast was poor - cold cereal, not hot water for the tea bags or oatmeal packs (styrofoam bowls/cups and a microwave). The room was quiet, which was nice. No elevator so stairs only if you have a room on the second floor.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and convenient. The air conditioner was not working correctly but once the staff were made aware they intended to look at it and correct. Breakfast was mostly simple carbs.

Upon check-in the desk clerk charged our credit card 3 separate times for our stay. I had to go to the front desk twice to have 2 of the charges canceled. We were put in a "pet room" which had a bit of pet odor in the room. The room was clean & the beds gave a good night's sleep. However, the bathroom was dirty. The tub had dirt in the front of the tub and where a bar of soap had sat on the rim. The toilet looked clean, but toilet paper was left in the bowl. The faucet could not be completely shut off & trickled the whole time. The hallway to the room had a distinct pet smell.

Everything was good, except for the heater made a burnt type of smell, the water was not hot enough, not great sleep, parking space is very limited and wifi was slow.
