客室はキレイでした。大浴場の脱衣場にある鏡前に置いてある備品周り一帯がが埃が被っており、何故ここは拭き取らないままなのだろうと思いました。卓球やビリヤードで楽しめ、カラオケも無料なら尚良いのになと思いました。朝食の生ジュースやフレンチトーストは値がありました。また泊まりたいです。

夕食のメニューは豊富で味も美味しかったてすが、繁忙期のためか夕食の時間が3部制に分かれているのですがこちらで指定する事が出来ず、ホテル側で時間を勝手に指定されるのは少々不満です。周辺関して観光できるような場所もなく時間を潰すのも館内に卓球などの遊びもあるにはありますが、予約制や時間制ではなく譲り合ってどうぞという形をとってるので改善されればいいなと思います

部屋、食事、お風呂、とても良かったです。周辺の散歩もできてよかったです。気になった点は、朝食は、窓側の席は人通りが多く、気になる。スタッフも無駄に頻繁に往来するので気になる。通路に背中が向くようにするなど、工夫が欲しい。娯楽施設は、空気を読めない家族や団体が一定数いるので、15分毎の、当日記入予約にして欲しい。あからさまに並ぶのは気が引けるが、なんとなく待っている家族になかなか譲ろうとしない方々が多い。

浴衣の上着が使い回しで最初から汚れており清潔感に欠けていた。露天風呂が初日は雪の為使用不可だったが、翌朝は雪もなく入れる状況だったが、使用不可のままだった。今回の宿は、サウナの後の外気浴が楽しみで選んだだけに、怠慢としか思えない対応が残念でした。
