Room was awesome. Staff were awesome. Food & drinks were awesome! We will definitely stay here again. Only because I am a bit OCD. Check the bathroom vent (rm 308) needs a little love. Staff are way under appreciated for what they deal with at the front desk. People are plain rude & try hard to get out of paying for things they knew they were going to have to pay. Be kind it doesn't cost a penny!!!!

The hotel was nice, the staff was friendly and the room was clean. It just seemed to have a cheap feel to it. Breakfast was really nothing special. Again a cheap feeling. Grounds were nice and clean. They only clean the rooms every other day. Unless you request them to come. We were only staying 2 nights so the said they will Clean the room on the day we leave. This was not ok with me so they came and cleaned the room. We were suppose to get a happy hour discount and they did not apply it. Was not cool Our stay was ok.

I really enjoyed this hotel. The room was very spacious, the staff was very friendly and I loved the location. There is actually a hidden private beach and I love that the parking was super convenient for my rental. The location is great and there are many food options nearby and it s located perfectly 10 min from the airport, 20 min from the road to Hāna and 20 min from the harbor to go whale watching. Overall I loved this hotel !

Staff was amazing! Our airline cancelled our flight last minute and I was able to book this hotel through a third party site. Upon arrival, very very late HST they were able to get my family and I into our room effortlessly! View is pretty and the beds are very extra comfortable!
