We are located 2 miles south of Kona Village which has cute shops and restaurants on the water and only 1 mile north of White Sands Beach (aka Magic Sands Beach). Walkable to Kona Village (2 miles north) Ali'i Gardens Marketplace just a couple blocks north and Livingstones Church and Turtle Beach a couple blocks south. Kona trolley also passes on Ali'i Drive only .3 miles away in both directions which will take you up and down the coast including stopping at Target, Kona Brewry, Magic Sands Beach, Kahalu'u State Park and even the airport. Good/excellent

We enjoyed our stay, but personally are not a fan of Kona after visiting for the first time. The rental was pretty much as listed, a little bit dated, but very clean and had everything we needed. The host was very communicative when we had questions. We arrived at night, so finding the place was just a little confusing. My GPS kept telling me that we had arrived, but we weren’t quite there yet..
