The perfect space for our family trip. Memories were made here

The home was amazingly beautiful, well kept, and reasonably stocked with all you need. The orchard was an exciting adventure for my 18 year old boys, who took pride in finding the family fruit to enjoy. The pool was perfectly designed and the hot tub was a bonus. The beds were comfortable (important details for an almost 2 week stay). The community was private and welcoming. The Host was very responsive.

Great home and location.

Aloha. My family of 9, 6 adults and 3 grandchildren enjoyed the expansive home. It had enough room for all to escape to their own space. The waterfall edge pool was amazing, everyone enjoyed both the pool and hot tub. The grandchildren had a blast with the supplied pool and beach toys. We also loved the fresh fruit on the property. We harvested mango, papaya, star fruit, tangerine and oranges. The home is a 7-10 minutes drive to the grocery store, coffee shops and all the fun sights and market places on the island. Last but not least the sunsets from the lanai, breathtaking. My family and I would stay at this home again. Mahalo Dava, Lima Ohio

Spectacular stay

This place was everything and more than we hoped! We had 10 total from ages 9-76 and plenty of space for all, comfortable accommodations, all the amenities and the best part - the pool and spa. Felt we didn’t even need to leave to soak up our time in BI! The location was perfect; close to all the Kona sites and amazing views. We even spotted a pod of whales! Other things like binoculars, pool toys, snorkel gear, umbrellas, chairs, a wagon and boogy boards made us realize we had everything we didn’t even know we needed! Didn’t want to leave!!

Great home to stay in near Kona

The home is well appointed in a gated community. The kitchen is well equipped, the outdoor area has pool and hot tub with a magnificent view, especially of the sunset. We really enjoyed the outdoor area. Ample parking. The owners were quick to respond and help. It is a very short drive into town, with all shopping, stores etc under 10 minutes away.A few small issues. The hot water in the shower was only hot part of the time (we were six adults). There was a strict noise policy, and the hot tub jets are turned off remotely and automatically at 9 pm. We were also asked to keep quite quiet after 9pm outside, which is fine, but somewhat restrictive.Overall though we had a great time and I would recommend this vrbo.

Family Reunion

My family of 8 (3 couples & 2 grandchildren) agreed we couldn’t have found a more perfect and beautiful property for our reunion in Hawaii. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood close to the main shopping center and beaches. We even discovered a neighborhood walking trail to the beach on Ali’i Drive (approximately 15-minute walk). The house is very clean, spacious with beautiful views over the pool and bay. The beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped to cook gourmet meals with the hosts providing numerous extra cooking supplies in the pantry, speedy internet & the abundance of linens, towels, shampoo, dish and wash machine detergent were greatly appreciated. Ubers to/from the property were readily available and reasonable. The hosts are excellent and quickly responded to any questions that came up. Our favorites: Family gatherings on the back patio; breakfast with fresh mangos from the property and sunset enjoying the view and swims in the incredible pool. Highly recommend this property and its hosts and would gladly give them more than a 5-star review if possible.

Amazing

The house location was very convenient; close to shopping, but at the same time, very quiet setting, no traffic or noise at all once you inside/outside the house grounds. The house was very nice and very clean. And the layout was great for our family, with the main bedroom separated from the others. House was very well stocked with household amenities. Plenty of bath and beach towels, dishwasher/laundry detergent, etc
(at other house rentals, we have to make a trip to the store to buy those daily items, which is annoying, but that was not the case here at all). All you need to bring is food/drinks. The pool and hot tub were great, and a huge hit for our 3 kids. The pool water was plenty warm, so our younger kids could stay in all day if we were to let them. And this was in April, not even the peak summer. ‹Backyard patio and pool/hot tub all seemed brand new. The host was very nice and responsive (again, we had no issues though!) We’d definitely come back to this place again!

We absolutely LOVED this house. Such a convenient location, and the views are some of the best you can ask for. Whale watching right from the back yard. Lots of fruit to check out below. Amazing family time

Didn't want to leave... ever!

This property was absolutely fabulous. The house is beautiful, very well maintained, super clean and really well equipped. We enjoyed fresh star fruit and oranges from the orchard. Lots of little details that made the stay even more enjoyable. Peggy and Sumit were very nice and good at communication. We used the infinity pool and spa every day. Beautiful view and sunsets. It was hard to leave.

Absolutely Perfect

The property was absolutely perfect for our family. The house and property were very well maintained and we had everything we needed for a great vacation. The pool and hot tub were a great addition. It is hard to beat a view like the one you get from the pool area. We spent several days at the pool and several days exploring volcanoes, caves, lava tubes, and beaches. The house is just out of town but close enough to run to the store when needed. It is situated in a quiet gated community. The check in and check out process is simple and I would rent this house again.

Great place for a getaway!

The house and grounds were beautiful and the view was amazing, especially at sunset. Very easy from booking through checkout. The house was in a neighborhood but felt private and wasn’t far from town. It made for a fun, relaxing getaway with our adult children. Would love to stay again if we get back to the Big Island.
