The property was good. Was NOT centrally located. 7miles from any stores, gas station ,etc.. was ok, but not convenient. We did not enjoy the table and chairs inside and out being tall. I have allergies and bring my own bedding. It would be nice if all BnB s thought about using unscented laundry products.
Nice size rental. Kitchen really equipped for long stays. Super helpful and quick property manager. One thing to note is the steep access, but the only downside.
This is a small but well equipped property. I was moving from the Big Island and taking my dogs with me and it worked out well while we waited for our flight. The owner had just installed a secure electronic entry system and I received an email while on the 2-hour drive to Kona. I had trouble using it as there were few directions and Tiffany, the local agent, was not familiar with it yet either. We got in and all was well until the last night of our stay when we could not get the lock to work. We contacted Tiffany who contacted the owner and an IT person. None of them could override the system. There was a keyhole on the door device but we were told that none of them knew anything about it.By this time we had been standing in the dark for over half an hour.
Loved the location and size of the property. Had some issues with the WiFi, but the property manager was very quick to help. Do understand that this is a two unit building and you can occasionally hear the people next door (toilet/shower turning on, slamming doors and cabinets etc) so do be mindful of the people around you.
This was a very cute unit for two people. There is a very steep driveway so be prepared if you bring a pet and need to walk it. But amazing view, and very comfortable overall.
