Peaceful Big Island Hawaii Retreat with Private Beach Club Access

Our home is a classic Hawaiian style bungalow (no shared walls) 3 BR / 3 Bath (2 master ensuite) with attached garage parking. It's a space to relax, recharge and enjoy "island time". We have beach cruiser bikes, beach towels, snorkel gear, and paddle boards for your use. There is also a Tesla charger in the garage if you happen to be driving one on island!

The location is within the Mauna Lani Resort area within a gated community that includes 2 community pools and spas, a fitness gym and recreation area. Guests will have access to the private Mauna Lani beach club that hosts one of the best restaurants on the island, Napua.

The home is a short walk, run, bike to the beach or short drive to the multiple sunny, white sand beaches (2 of the top 10 beaches in the country!). Enjoy the gentle warm breezes and peaceful sounds of birds on the back lanai or venture to the beach for magical sunset , whale watching or snorkeling.

There are a number of excellent golf courses in the Mauna Lani Resort, plenty of easy bike friendly roads and places to stroll or run including a beach front running trail. Our home is also very close to ancient Hawaiian cultural sites and fishponds, including the Puakō Petroglyph Archaeological Preserve.

You will have the convenience of a gourmet grocery store a half mile away, shops and restaurants. Our home is 10 minutes away from Waikoloa Village resort with many more shops, restaurants, cinema and amenities. Helicopter tours and boat charters are also nearby.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Scrape BBQ grill, turn off propane tank. Cover lanai lounge chairs.
Turn off all fans, shut and lock windows/doors.
Ensure all garage equipment returned and stored.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Quiet hours shall be from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., during which time the noise shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors.
Guest vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area (garage parking for 1 vehicle) or guest stalls across from house.
