Our first day they didnât have keys ready for us for late night check in.
Second stay, we werenât able to stay. I contacted the manager multiple times and no response.
We would like refunded for kart stay since didnât stay at property.

My second stay I had a sick kid and had to head home. I contacted Ava 4 times and no response back. I requested a refund or credit. I would like a refund at this point.
