Laundry was just off the kitchen & fully functional. The kitchen was well equipped. There were plenty of towels, including beach towels for the pool. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub & the pool, both of which were very clean. All in all, a very comfortable stay.

This was a great location in town! We were able to quickly get everywhere and had great space for myself and my coworker. The location is kind of hard to find at first but once you know the location it’s super easy to find again. Loved how accessible it was and how quickly she responded to questions! Definitely recommend if you need an easy place to stay in Kanab.

Felt right at home!

Townhouse was perfect. We had the pleasure of staying there for 10 days. It was a great homebase for everything we wanted to do. I found it extremely clean, safe and comfortable. Having the washer and dryer was nice. I did notice the screens on both sliders could be replaced and carpets had a few stains but did not seem dirty.Would definitely book again!

Adequate but needs TLC

The positive: The location of the property was great, in the center of town, close to everything. Plenty of parking. Host was responsive. Area and neighbors were quiet. Good supply of dishwasher and laundry detergent. The negative: We were a bit disappointed with the rental. We rent several VRBO properties a year and this one needs a little TLC (carpets stained and baseboards need fresh coat of paint, just felt dirty and dingy). My family spent Thanksgiving weekend here and although we really enjoyed spending time together, it was a challenge to fix a large meal. The kitchen supplies were sparse (no large pots or large bowls, and only a few large kitchen utensils). Several of the dishes & glassware were dirty in the cupboards along with the silverware. We also used our Apple TV because we couldn't figure out the TV set-up (this isn't a big deal for us though as we usually bring the Apple TV anyway). Unfortunately, the community hot tub was broken as well. I would give this property a 3 out of 5 star. It's adequate but I don't think I would rent again unless carpets were replaced and a little TLC was completed. I hate to leave a slightly negative review but feel future renters need to know what to expect. As a disclaimer, we didn't notify the owner of our disappointment with the rental unit or issues with the TV we just made do with what we had.

Just what we expected only better!

We were emailed our directions for arrival and code before our arrival. We had everything already set to type in the code and come into our home for the week. The descriptions on line were very accurate. I am very particular about things being clean and this townhouse was very clean. It is very well stocked with most things you could need. It is in a group of townhouses and we always felt safe even when coming in at night. It seemed very family friendly. Kanab is a small but quaint town. We found some great restaurants and highly recommend Houston’s. The town is located close to Zion, Bryce, Page, AZ (Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend), The Grand Canyon North Rim, and there are several great places you won’t want to miss in Kanab. Check out was super easy. The owners will reply quickly to any questions. I would not change a thing. I would book with them again if I am fortunate enough to return to Kanab and HIGHLY recommend this property.

Great stay, easy communication

We stayed four nights at the end of September. The property was as expected, with space for our party of 6 (including two kids, aged 3 and 5). We arrived after midnight, and it was difficult to locate our specific unit amongst the townhomes (there's a purple bench out front, FYI). It was clean, and really our only gripe is the pocket doors to the bathroom tend to jam (one didn't lock at all). Among our family, we just mostly closed the pocket doors to prevent getting stuck, but could possibly trap a small child or elderly person during a late bathroom trip inadvertently.

Hiking

We had a weeklong conference in Vegas and decided to spend the weekend hiking before heading home
 Kanab was the perfect spot as we spent one day in Zion and one day embrace. The house was a perfect landing spot to get some rest before heading out the next day For big adventures! I appreciated the owners quick responses to the questions I had.

Cute

It was a cute and fun stay. Nothing super nice about the place, but all functional and good price. There wasn’t any laundry detergent, so I wasn’t able to wash our clothes. I wish there was an ice maker, cause it is hot in kanab! But the whole place was super cute, and fit our needs just great!

Great Stay

We stayed here during our spring break Sunday March 24 thru check out on Friday March 29th and loved it. Micah was very quick at getting back with us. Checkin and check out were a breeze. We liked how close we were to town. We did a lot of hiking at Zion and it was about 34 minutes from the entrance which worked out fine for us. Everything was clean and well maintained. We had plenty of room for our family of 5. Our three kids enjoyed the bunk room. The pool was closed but the hot tub was great as well. Thank you 😃

Great Condo

Nice condo in a quiet neighborhood with great pool and hot tub. Very clean. Beds, pillows and couch are comfortable. We had everything we needed. There are a few minor things that could use maintenance, but it did not detract from our stay at all. We would definitely stay again.

A gem in Kanab, UT

Our family stayed here for a week and loved everything about this condo. The location between the National Parks, Zion, Bryce, and the Northern Rim of Grand Canyon was perfect! We also loved the pool being so close to us. A great hiking trail very close to the condo is the Squaw Trail. Overall, a great, spacious condo to stay in!

Excellent Kanab base camp

Very clean, cute little property. The facility manager was quick to answer my questions. Had everything we needed. It looks right out on the clubhouse/pool which was nice for the kids. I had concerns about parking for our trailer but the double spaces were right out in front and we never had any trouble getting a spot. This is our second trip to Kanab and I really liked this property. Manager gave us permission to leave our dog unattended in a crate for the day we went to Zion which was much appreciated! Unlike some Kanab pet-friendly locations, did not provide a crate but we had one of our own so that wasn't a concern. All appliances worked, though dishwasher/washing machine were a little finicky - ok once we figured out their quirks!

Excellent Stay in Kanab

Cute place, excellent owner, 1 step checkout and clean-up policy. Despite the few reviews, this was an amazing place to stay! I HIGHLY recommend you book your trip to southern Utah here!
