The fire alarm was chirping because the battery needed changing. The desk clerk didn’t have a battery so she moved us to the room next door. I could hear the fire alarm chirp throughout the night and couldn’t sleep well because of it. Also our tv didn’t work.

We typically enjoy this hotel but this time we had a service animal and had to stay on the bottom floor where the flooring is loose. The breakfast was waffles, bread and cereal with no protein options.

Would have gotten a 4-5 Stars but the WiFi was so bad I was stuck watching streaming videos at lowest quality. 1mps tops. It’s 2025. Those are 90’s speeds.

After checking in and staying for an hour at a dump motel in Fredonia AZ that has the same name as an attraction you can view from the North and South Rim....this place was awesome. Clean, quiet, laundry and reasonably priced...actually the same exact price as the dump I left.
