Disappointing Stay

This was definitely a disappointment. While somewhat bargain priced, I have stayed here previously and expected more. The pool, which was a primary consideration for my stay, was "closed for repairs". I didn't find that out until the day before my stay when I was 500 miles away on a holiday weekend so I couldn't change it. The hotel itself is run down, the carpets dirty and worn, lettering worn off signs, rooms dated and overall decor dated. The room was not very clean and you could see stains and wear patterns in the carpet...like an old Vegas hotel or something. I stayed here 10 years ago and nothing has changed. It was a neat concept then but now it's just a worn out business hotel. I'll stay elsewhere next time.

It had a very unique aesthetic with some great amenities in the property! My only con is there was no complementary breakfast outside of that. It was a great stay. Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely hotel that’s out of order

Everything was out of order and we had to move rooms more than once. We only stayed 2 nights so it was very inconvenient. The staff was absolutely professional when handling the issues; however they did not have a replacement room for what I booked. The toilet did not flush at all which makes the entire room out of order. The room they had available did not have a working tv. The other room did not have a pull out sofa. It was quite the ordeal. The laundry facilities are broken, the air in the main area is not working. I came inside the hotel and it was still hot. The elevator stopped working as well. A few other little things BUT the inoperable TOILET is what started our stay.

Booked through hotel.com. Hotel.com overbooked hotel was moved to a different hotel WITHOUT being notified. Rest of family was here while I was across town. Came home after 1 day do to so much inconvenience. was only given a partial refund for one night, booked hotel for three nights. NEVER will use hotel.com again. Compare to ordering a steak and getting a hamburger

The area was very cool. Would be great for a couples quick getaway. The pool area was disappointing. There were large clumps of hair or fur. The lights were flickering non-stop. The pool was on the murky side, unsure is the chlorine level was where it should be.

I frequent at this specific location. My check in was a little later in the evening and knew that the hotel had limited rooms available when booking. Walking into the room it was a handicap accessible room which was not really a problem but there was foul odor as if the previous guest had just left. The bedding was not replaced. It had stains and the foul odor was coming from the comforter, sheets and pillows along with stains. The room phone did not work so had to contact the front desk by my cellphone. The room attendant arrived with new bedding and handed it to me to remake the bed myself because she was off duty for the night. Even the supposed clean sheets had stains as well. Honestly me and my finance could bare the smell or the fact the bedding potentially was not clean so checked out a little earlier.
