It was just ok

It was just ok. Would look for a different hotel next time. Breakfast was not great and what was left there they were trying to clean up a half hour before the stated time. Coffee was instant and awful. We had to stop for food and coffee before continuing our road trip. Room was big.

This was one of the worst stays I’ve had. The room we checked into had bed bugs, which I found right away. I requested another room and they gave us a different one. However, 3 hours later when we were asleep, another couple entered our room after they were given keys by the front desk. The manager was passed us off and told us we could leave whenever we wanted. Pay the few more dollars and stay somewhere else!

The room smelled like multiple large dogs who desperately needed a bath. It was nauseating every time we walked in. The lady at the front desk was loudly on her cell phone and did not come to the desk to assist us or the family in front of us for 15 minutes and then pretended she didn’t know we were there (told the person on the phone she had to go because there were customers).

Couldn’t have been better! We needed a family, pet friendly place to stay during our local move since we closed before our new house was completed. We extended our stay for numerous days due to delays with contractor for new house. We not only felt safe, comfortable, were able to work remote from room without any interruptions from staff, guests, or internet issues. Breakfast is great and an added perk. Super clean and amazing staff!
