Room design had a modern industrial feel which it made it unique yet inviting and comfortable. Staff is friendly and attentive. The lobby bar, XR, was a great place to gather for a drink and a bite to eat. It gets busy so the wait times and service can fall a bit behind but no worries, relax and enjoy! Will definitely stay here again!

Crossroads was great and a place I’d return to. Make sure your room number is an even number. Odd numbers overlook the lobby which has a covering that makes odd-numbered rooms seem gloomy.

The crossroads hotel was convenient to the WW1 museum. There were several restaurants in the area within easy walking distance. The rooms were large and comfortable. The beds were great and the bathroom was large. There was enough light in the room, however, the windows were small and in the far corner of the room, so very little natural light came in. All of the staff was nice, but you had to ask for housekeeping to come to the room to clean. Quite unexpected for an “upscale” hotel. The Libby has a lot of dead space, which I assume they will fill at some point.
