The staff are amazing and very helpful. The layout of the hotel is up to date and modular. Its comfortable all the way around. Unfortunately there are signs of aging which have not gotten attention in some areas. The loveseat in the room had pretty rough fabric and the cushions were lumpy. The toilet had scratches on the seat. Compared to the lobby, the room was not as impressive. But again, the service (polite, efficient and helpful) made up for it. The area around the hotel is drab but that good motivation to take the StreetCar the station of which is a few yards away.

Couldn't fulfill the room I reserved, they were out. Sent me to 5, FIVE different rooms before they finally admitted they didnt have the room I booked and the one I got smells like cigarettes. Then acted as if I was the problem. Just want what I reserved and paid for in advance. They claimed Expedia doesnt have their inventory and were not willing to offer anything for the bait and switch until I called Expedia.

we checked into the room 325. There were no towels. The trashcan had not been empty. There was dental floss in the trashcan and there was a used rag in the shower stall from the previous guest in room 325. Unacceptable.

The entrance to the hotel was kinda crazy. Other than that it was great. Room was very nice, bed very comfortable. Was easy walk to the T-Mobile center for our concert. Would stay again.

Gave us two towels for 3 people that was gonna stay which was on our reservation, no lotion in bathroom, balcony wasn’t very clean, should of explained more about the key cards being used in elevator but customer explained better than employee did, car crash woke us up and the people above us was so loud it sounded like elephants and they were yelling at the people in the car crash
