We showed up late & tired after a long day of softball out in the heat, only to find our AC was not working. The room was hot! I called the front desk, he was up to our room very quickly. He went above and beyond to try to help. He had maintenance come and help. He also went above and beyond to try to fix it. He got the AC running quickly, while the front desk employee brought us a fan to help cool our room quicker. This was the BEST service I can remember having at a hotel. Thanks to the two gentlemen who helped! All the other staff we dealt with were friendly. The rooms were clean & comfortable. I love checkout at 11am and not 10am. The breakfast was also good!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were fluffy. The continental breakfast was delicious. The location was secluded but convenient.
