Room and bathroom floor were a little dirty and the bathroom needed some maintenance (loose shower panel, loose bathroom shelf, loose baseboard tile). Other then what I would consider minor issues I would stay here again for the price. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good and the actual room was comfortable.

When we checked in, we just dropped our bags and left to our event. Staff was friendly enough and we were given a concierge bag. When we got back, it was late.The carpet on the left side of the bed had not been vacuumed.There were mud clumps and the outlets on the right side of the led were not working. Fine, we went ahead and went to sleep.Then, realized during the night.The heat kept getting hotter and hotter.It would stay around seventy five degrees.We had to keep getting up and turning the air on. We did not call maintenance cause we didn't want to have to wait for them to come up.And fix it, we just kept getting up every couple hours and flipping the air on and off. Went downstairs for breakfast and then came back up to make coffee in our room.The coffee pot did not work.It just punctured the pot and spit grounds everywhere. It took twenty five minutes for the shower to get lukewarm.We did call downstairs about it. And they said there were a lot of people showering, and they had already sent maintenance down to look at the heaters, just to keep waiting.
