Friendly service from start to finish! Stayed overnight but the stay was SO NICE I almost added another day! lol the breakfast was great-many different things to choose from. It was five to ten minutes from all the things I needed to get to in Overland Park. I will for sure be staying again

Comfortable. The design of the room was unique and allowed for multiple activities. The only issue was the bath has a timer which is only on for about 10 minutes; not enough time to gather your towels, robe, etc, and take a full shower with shampoo. So, there I am in the shower and the light goes out. Feeling around like I'm vision impaired trying to find my way out of the shower safely onto the bath mat. At 80 yrs of age, this could have been ugly. I told the front desk to see if an adjustment can be made. Everything else was top notch. Very restful.

Spring break get away with a twist

Overall, pretty good stay. Not specifically family friendly as pool is outside and not accessible during colder weather. We stayed 3 nights and was surprised we had housekeeping on day 2. It was a nice surprise but because we didn't anticipate it we would have put a few more things up and my daughter's slippers ended up accidently being taken by housekeeping because they were in the blankets. Housekeeping did have them packaged up and gave them back quickly when we inquired at the front desk. Breakfast is well done with some options like french toast sticks and donut holes that aren't a normal item on hotel breakfast menus. Bar staff was friendly and refilled large water jugs.
