Staff was fantastic, my kids enjoyed the waterpark. Our room wasn't very clean and smelled like cigarette smoke. there had been an incident with our pullout couch the night before our arrival and they had pulled it out of the room and brought us two cots. They were fine, the kids both slept good on them. The next morning, we could hear every hotel guest on our floor it seemed on their way to breakfast, the doors were incredibly thin. Overall the hotel was adequate, but a little run down. All the staff I interacted with were very friendly and helpful.

I liked the indoor pool and the breakfast. But we had to wait for our room to be ready because they had a lot of guest this weekend is what I was told. There were no towels in the pool area. The breakfast was okay but the sausage patties didn’t taste done. The waffle area was a mess. I only saw one trash can I was trying to help the lady that works there clean up a little.

We actually booked this specifically because of the water park. It definitely worked out exactly as planned. There was a perfect amount of fun for our 3 and 6 yr. old. Being 23 minutes from Union Station wasn't our favorite part, but it was easy to find and isn't in a super busy area which is nice.

Musty smelling

We stayed here 2 years ago but it has really went downhill since then. The pool area is still nice but the hallways smell which permeates into the room. New carpet in the hallways and rooms would do wonders! The room itself seemed clean other than the awful musty smell.

We chose this hotel based off of the slide at the pool. When we arrived Wednesday afternoon the desk clerk told us that due to short staff the slide was closed. I asked if it would be operating Thursday and he said yes. Thursday morning we went to the pool to find the slide was still not operating. I told the clerk that the reason we booked that hotel was for the slide and she stated another family had come for the same reason and there was no staff to operate it so she would come operate it for a short time and would call our room when she was ready. We waited in our room for a short time before deciding just to go to the pool and swim until the slide was operating. When we arrived at the pool she was already there operating the slide and had not called us. She operated the slide for about a half hour before her manager told her to stop and come back to the desk. Shortly after I noticed that the hours of operation sign for the slide had been duct taped over and had hand written that it was now closed from Monday through Thursday. As we left the pool the sign at the door was also taped over with hand writing stated the slide hours were now just the weekend. The hotel itself is old and ran down and not up kept like it should be. We requested to be moved from our original room due to it not being cleaned only to be moved to another room that was equally dirty. We had booked the hotel for 2 nights but chose to leave after one night.

The location is in an upper echelon area, near gas stations and a grocery stores. Also, very close to the interstate. I was surprised by the older aesthetic. I don't believe that they are re-investing anything into the property. I chose the hotel for the waterslide pool, but because of the cloudiness of the water and the intense smell of chlorine, my child and I were concerned and therefore, never used the pool. Sad, as that was why we booked there. I also didn't feel like the rooms were cleaned well. I found things on the walls, that looked as though they could have been wiped away easily. I found urine on the toilet seat as soon as I entered the room. I cleaned the toilet, before I could even unpack. The sink backed up and leaked on the floor beneath it. I would suggest reading the reviews before booking.

We booked two rooms thinking the be adjoining and they were not. Both located on two separate floors on opposite ends of the building. Got to the third floor and air was out in the hallway, got in and the air conditioner was squealing. Maintenance came it stopped. It started again that night and I decided to cancel my request because my children were already sleeping. I got no sleep with the air squealing like that. The elevator was down off and on and then officially off the next morning. Staff was dismissive. Extra pillows and blankets were scarce. I won’t be returning to this establishment simply because management refused to discount or refund at least one of the two rooms. Shame on you all for running such poor customer service. All of these things wouldn’t have added up to much had the staff been better at taking care of the customer. 100%

We did not use any on the Waterpark amenities but they looked great. We were there for the proximity to the Roger’s Store. Check in was fast and easy, the room was very clean and comfortable and the bed was great!! Thank you.

Will return for the waterpark til the kids growup

Pros: Our kids (7 and 5) loved the waterpark. The clerk at the front with the Stitch hoodie was so sweet and friendly. Free breakfast was suitable. Great value for the price. Cons: The bathroom didn’t have a working fan and the whole room was so humid. Our towels didn’t dry in the slightest after 24 hours and no one changed them out during our 2-night stay even though we were out of the room all day. Next time I’ll bring my own towels or take a big stack from the pool area. Guy tending to the pool (full of children) wearing a shirt with the F word on it was a bit unusual lol. My kids didn’t notice him though.
