The living area is over 1,000 square feet with a private oceanfront lanai where you can unwind with a refreshing beverage while enjoying the superb views of the Coconut Coast and the lushly landscaped 12 acres of the Pono Kai Resort. It's also an excellent spot to dine alfresco. When mealtime arrives, surprise your guests with exquisite homemade meals prepared in the well-appointed kitchen - it has all the essentials you need to channel your inner chef.

The spacious main bedroom features a smart TV with streaming services, an en suite bath with a vanity, tub, and shower, and a new split system air conditioning. Across the hall is the private second bedroom with a large TV and air conditioning as well.

This oceanfront beauty is perched above a nine-mile oceanfront walking/biking path, so make sure to pack your most comfortable sneakers. Within walking distance, you can explore the historic town of Kapa’a, abundant with art galleries, boutiques, shops, and restaurants. You’ll enjoy discovering this quaint town and the taste of “old Hawaii,” which is off the beaten path.
