Thanks to the modern, Scandinavian furnishings and surf-style accents, the holiday feeling starts as soon as you enter the apartment. Thanks to the open-plan design and floor-to-ceiling windows, the apartment is bright and inviting all day long. With space for up to six people, this maisonette is the ideal retreat for the whole family.



The roof terrace with a view of the salt marshes and the sea is an absolute highlight and will delight you. Here you can enjoy the sunrise or simply relax and breathe in the fresh sea air. The wood-burning stove in the adjoining living area creates a cosy atmosphere on chilly evenings. The smart TV with several streaming providers such as Magenta TV provides further entertainment.



Also on the second floor is a fully equipped kitchen that will delight both amateur chefs and gourmets. Enjoy the pleasure of cooking together and socialising in the spacious dining area, which seats up to 6 people.

If the weather turns stormy, the bathroom including bathtub offers you the perfect opportunity to warm up and enjoy your holiday without a care in the world.



The apartment's relaxation area is located on the lower floor. Of the three bedrooms, two are furnished with cosy double beds (180x200cm and 160x200cm) and one with two single beds (90x200cm each). All bedrooms also have a Smart TV.



The adjoining main bathroom is your own little wellness oasis and provides the necessary relaxation after a long day at the beach thanks to the infrared sauna (heat cabin) and the floor-level shower.
