Stunning apartment in Olpenitz

PIER 18 is a generous and spacious maisonette holiday apartment on the first and second floors. The holiday apartment PIER 18 is one of four units in the house.

The harbour promenade of OstseeResort Olpenitz with its growing range of amenities and shopping facilities as well as the sailing and sports boat harbour of OstseeResort Olpenitz are within walking distance. The maritime mini-golf course is in the immediate vicinity and offers fun for the whole family.



PIER 18 provides a holiday feeling! The bright and friendly furnishings create a relaxed atmosphere. The apartment's three bedrooms are located on the first floor with a total of two double box-spring beds and two single box-spring beds. No matter which bedroom you choose, you are guaranteed a good night's sleep. The bedrooms are each equipped with an OLED TV for entertainment.

The custom-made built-in wardrobes offer enough storage space for all the things you need on holiday. Deliberately secluded from family life in the living area, PIER 18 also offers a home office workstation in one of the bedrooms. This is equipped with a height-adjustable desk.

On the first floor, in addition to the bedrooms, there is also a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine.

Once you arrive on the second floor, you are greeted by the floor-to-ceiling window front with the adjoining terrace. Plenty of windows are fitted with insect screens and each window has pleated blinds for privacy.



Arrive, look out of the window and enjoy the tranquillity of nature. A holiday here is pure relaxation and recreation! Everyday life becomes more and more distant... Should the weather show its Nordic side, the crackling wood-burning stove and the cosy living area provide additional comfort.

The integrated kitchen is equipped to a high standard. You can access the large south-west-facing terrace directly from the living area or the kitchen. Here you can spend many relaxing hours in the sun all day long and watch marvellous sunsets.

A second full bathroom with wellness character and spacious, floor-level panoramic shower and infrared sauna ideally rounds off the complete package for a relaxing holiday.



You will find your own parking space in front of the holiday apartment.



Our favourite spot: after a day at the beach, end the day on the large sofa area in front of the fireplace.



Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
