Hotel centro is very good. The hotel is decorated in a mature design.everything was clean and tidy. The room was spacious with comfy bed,leather sofa, tv,table and chairs etc.The only minus is the bathroom, although nicely fully tiles and furnished. Is a bit on the small size,if it's 50% bigger then ir would be perfect.

preisgünstiges älteres Innenstadthotel, gut aus allen Richtungen zu erreichen. Freundliches Personal. Ausreichend große Zimmer, aber sehr kleines Bad. Frühstück recht einfach, aber volständig. Gebäude ist in die Jahre gekommen. Einzelne Renovierungen (insbes. Malerarbeiten) sind teilweise laienhaft durchgeführt. Ansonsten aber alles noch im "grünen" Bereich

Super Hotel für paar Tage. Das Frühstück war gut, alles was man braucht. Da das Hotel ein bisschen älter ist, ist es sehr ringhörig. Bei unserem Zimmer hörte man aber nur die Türe von den anderen Gäste wie auch das bewegen im Gang. Sehr gute Lage, nahe am Zentrum, etwa 5-10min zu fuss. Die Serviefachleute/rezeptionisten waren sehr zuvorkommend und auch sehr nett. Wenn wir wieder nach Karlsruhe gehen, würden wir das Hotel wieder nehmen. 👍

Schönes Hotel in Citynähe und mit ruhigen Zimmern nach Hinten heraus. Sehr freundliches Personal, und schönes Frühstücksbuffet

Nice price and breakfast buffet, poor service

The facilities and the rooms are worth the price. But the staff is not well organized. I booked two doublerooms, one for a befriended couple and one for myself. As my girlfriend and I wanted to get the keys and check in while the other couple was waiting, she only gave us our roomcard, although I paid for both. So the other couple had to check in again. When we wanted to check out, the personal didn't even know in which rooms we stayed, we had to wait for others to check out and then the receptionist was looking minutes for the room price only to found out that it was already paid by credit card. Also I forgot my toothbrush and they couldn't help to get one in the evening. We will definitely not go back there again.
