Why select to stay at our Apartment than hotel room:

It is much better to stay at our 2 bedrooms apartment than the hotel because of its prime location, its price (compared to same size of property) and its facilities (best sea view infinity swimming pool and big swimming pool in between 2 buildings, see pics loaded). This apartment provides 2 bedrooms with 2 baths ensuite. There is 55 inches Smart TV (to watch your Netflix/You tube/Premium Cable Channels), full kitchen (we provide everything you need in the kitchen), pool access with sea view balcony, pool/partial sea view living room, pool/partial sea view bedroom (what else you need for your vacation, 100% sea view everywhere you go) and balcony with seating to enjoy your sunset and good wine/drinks. There are TWO free WIFI connections with 1 private WIFI (500/500Mbps) in the apartment and free WIFI for the whole compound (1000/1000Mbps).

Location, Location and Location: It is a well maintained condominium located in the very very very prime prime prime area of the Karon second road, where there are many convenient stores and restaurants. It is just 700 meters away from the most popular Karon beach with clean water to swim at the beach and the popular sunset point. In our area, there are all kind of restaurants, banks and other shops located at our main entrance, so it is easy for you to shop and come back at the apartment to take rest, watch sunset from the apartment balcony or dip in the infinity pool or go to swim in the warmed pool water with sea view or even to exercise at our professional gym with amazing sea view. No other listings can compare with our sea view and property quality.

This RARE 2 bedrooms apartment has total area of 130 sqm and it has been well furnished with all the amenities/appliances to accommodate your stay with 1 full kitchen (oven, microwave, refrigerator, electric stove, dish washing sink, toaster, rice cooker, kettle, plate, spoon, knife, wine opener, pot, fried pan and other stuff) for you to cook your heavy and light meals. Espresso coffee machine with coffee powder for you to enjoy coffee whole day. We do also provide eco-chairs/working table for your long-hour online working with fiber optic LAN wire to ensure you have very strong internet with 500/500Mbps (private) plus 1000/1000Mbps (sharing in the buildings) to work whole day and night.
3. It is located on the plot of land connected to tropical forest at main Karon
main city with a slopping up (less than 35% slope), good exercise for you to walk up and down just 70 meters away from main road. Free shuttle to drop you to Kata and Karon beach during 9am to 5pm (contact office if your booked taxi does not want to come up to pick you up from the building). We, however, do recommend you to rent vehicle/motorbike to stay at this apartment or Karon area.

4. Electricity and water are included in the room rate, so no more worry of other expenses during your stay.

5. Nice 2 Swimming pools (one with 100% sea view infinity and other with partial sea view) with sunbed with Sun burned area from Sunset.

Please understand of what we are not provide here (since it is rent as the apartment for short and long stay):

1. We do not provide daily cleaning, and you can buy this service from the office, which will cost you THB1200 per time (inclusive cleaning, change linens, and towels).
2. We do not provide breakfast but it is easy to walk down to main road for breakfast.
3. We do not refill daily use, such as tissues/garbage bags, etc. during your stay. We do rent as an apartment, so you must visit the supermarket to buy all your daily use.

This apartment is 130 sqm in total usable area with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 bathtub), living room and 1 full kitchen. It is very well furnished with a very comfortable mattresses and high-quality linens and towels. The pool access/partial sea view balcony with seating is facing Karon/Kata Bays (the most beautiful spot/Surfing beaches). The whole apartment is sea view from living room to bedroom/balcony. You will wake up with ozone oxygen from the opened panorama sea view.

We do provide free strong Fiber Optic privately used Wi-Fi (500/500Mbps) at this apartment and free Wi-Fi in the whole compound (including at gym, at the swimming pool and public area.

The host and his team are easy to contact through social media.

We will set up group social media to assist you during your stay.

We are located very near the Makkro Supermarket, restaurants, Bars, Banks, Massage shop and others. You can even see from the living room windows.

We do have free shuttle to drop you at the beach and shopping area during the day, except Monday (driver off), please ask for driver number so you can call him to pick you up for coming back. I do suggest to him Tip 20-40bath for each round to get more support from driver. There are taxi, bus at the main road, which is 100 meters away from the building, however, it is walking with hill slope.

There is no daily cleaning service, so please contact office to buy this cleaning service at fee of 1200bath, cleaning plus linens and towels change.
