小諸ではなく県内の別エリアになりますが、昨年ルートインを利用した際にとても良かったと記憶しています。今回は出張の関係でこちらを予約させていただきました。夜IN、早朝OUTと短い滞在で、大浴場や朝食バイキングを利用する事もなかったのですが、それでも満足です。また、室内に忘れ物をしてしまったのですが、この点についても細やかな対応をしていただき感激しました。また、機会があれば利用したいです。色々とありがとうございました！

小諸で5人で朝食付きで1泊しました。施設は清潔、部屋は狭いが用事で来たので十分。冷蔵庫も部屋着も匂わず清潔。食事もまあまあの品揃え、質が良く、温かく、味噌汁が特に美味しかった。女性の大浴場の広さは適度で、ゆっくりできた。またコンディショナーが良かったのか髪がサラサラになった。アメニティのうち、洗いタオルが綿製で肌に優しく、気に入った。館内着で歩けるのも良かった。隣に大き目のドラッグストアがあり、すぐ近くにコンビニがあり便利。ただ、道路側の部屋に泊まった家族は、夜中に車の音が煩かったと言っていた。全体的にやや上質な感じで、金額相応で満足だった。
