Nice hotel, very comfortable

A small traditional hotel located just few kilometers away from Karuizawa station, outlet mall and ski arena. Both Japanese Tatami and regular beds available. Rooms are very comfortable with very relaxed atmosphere once you enter the hotel. Surely will come back at this reasonable price.

エステがしたくてこのホテルに決めたのに、ホームページに記載されている予約時間内にフロントに申し出たのですが、２時間も早い締め切り時間を言われてしまい、次の日その言われた時間に予約を入れましたが、断られた、2泊３日の旅でしたが、エステを受けることができずに終わりました。 とでも残念でしかたありませんでした。
