Our maisonette is situated in a prestigious, high-end complex complete with a shared pool (seasonal 15 June - 15 September) and all the amenities you need to relax and unwind. Perfect for your next summer vacation. From a private path without crossing a road, you can enjoy the sandy beach which is organized with umbrellas and sunbeds from the complex.
Olia Villa consists of three floors and a sunny basement, at the upper floor you will find a double and a single bed, and the ground floor includes the living room with direct access to the front yard with a dining table for six, you will enjoy your meals with your family and friends at the sea view terrace. The first floor has a double bedroom, a beautiful balcony with an amazing sea view, and a bathroom. Finally, the last floor has a double and a single bed.
Afitos is about 8 km away and Nea Fokea is about 3.5 km away, you can select among many restaurants and bars and enjoy Greek cuisine and nightlife.
