The staff were very nice and helpful. The food was good, but very slow service. The room was reasonably clean, though sheets and pillowcases did not seem fresh. My room window was opposite a high next door balcony full of loud men all looking in when I opened the curtains. The bathroom had a window looking into it from another room!! I had to cover this over. There was a hole in the wall beside the toilet that people had been stuffing used toilet paper into!! This had been left like that for some time. Bathroom old and nothing like the pics, but ahd warm water. No availability for trekkers / tourists to store luggage safely like is available in a lot of KTM hotels. Food/dining was clean and good food. Could be lovely if more attention to hygiene in rooms. Due to the hygiene issue and inconvenience of luggage storage I had to move to another hotel after 1 night.

Nice hotel and friendly people.

The hotel is clean and nice to stay for anyone who wants. The service is quick and easy. The people at the hotel are so friendly and helpful. The best part is it’s near the international airport. It was very easy to make the payments. All over it was wonderful staying there. Thankyou so much for all the support and service. Shaheen

We stay three days there, during our stay they didn't clean the room and never change the bed cover. We asked staff to clean but they didn't listen. I don't recommend this hotel.

I want to be picked up no one showed ones out of the room is total windows leak air people yelling in the hallways until 1 AM to two you could hear every voice from 6 o’clock on 6 AM on I feel very unsafe in the Nepal there are no fire detectors and smoke detectors and there’s no escape route this was a five story building

Sauberes Hotel. Hilfsbereites Personal. Sprechen englisch. Flughafen zu Fuß erreichbar. Zwar Dusche (keine Handbrause) zwischen Waschbecken und Toilette ohne Vorhang, aber für den Preis und Nepal ok. Kein Aufzug. Horstöpeln zu empfehlen, da laute Hunde draußen. Außerdem am besten ein Bettlaken oder Tuch dabei zu haben wäre gut. Als Zudecke ist eine Tagesdecke pro Bett - sauber! Essmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir würden nochmal dort übernachten. Unbedingt zu empfehlen.
