Just at the outskirts of the pretty hamlet of Svoronata, with views of Zante island, the Ionian Sea and surrounding countryside, this charming, 48 sqm, 1st-floor residence enjoys a tranquil location, very close to the airport, but quiet and perfect for a relaxing, romantic holiday for two or even three. The residence sits in an elevated position, dominating the splendid views. It is quite and private. Although it is built in the common garden of the hosts’ permanent residence at the ground floor, it stands at the whole 1st floor itself, which is autonomous and shields guests from the house beneath it and there are no immediate neighbors overlooking the property. The private terrace of 45 sqm, located just in front of the apartment and the lovely garden underneath, with its barbeque, create a wonderful setting for breakfast, coffee or meals. Patio doors allow plenty of light to flood into the open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. The comfortable double bedroom, with a king-size bed, also has patio doors out to the furnished terrace at the front of the property. A bathroom is located two steps across the bedroom door, together with a kitchen with all the necessary utensils.

The hosts are every day willing to help you spend unforgettable holidays. Their permanent residence is located on the ground floor. They moved to the island of Kefalonia in 2006. George is an Electrical Engineer. He likes the countryside, windsurfing, sailing and tennis. Sofia is working. She likes cooking, paragliding, excursions and traveling. They have two children. A welcome basket of fresh fruits, juice, as well as a bottle of wine, will be offered to the guests upon their arrival. There could be a possibility of early check-in or late check-out at the residence, after arrangement.

The position of the house makes it an ideal destination as it is a place where modern life matches well with traditions and laid-back Mediterranean customs. It is eight km away from the island's capital of Argostoli and one from the airport. The quaint & picturesque village of Svoronata is just one kilometer away. The neighborhood has a couple of local tavernas, bars and mini markets, in a distance of four to two thousand meters. It also has in the vicinity, the famous beaches of Ammes, Avithos, Ai Helis, Makris Gialos and Platis Gialos. They are located two to five kilometers away from this lovely residence. At a distance of 5 km, there is the tourist resort of Lassi with plenty of bars and tourist shops. The natural sights of the island are inexhaustible and various and it is definitely recommended having a car for your trips. Indicatively we mention Katavothres, the Phanari and Devosetou Bridge in Argostoli, the Melissani Lagoon and the Drogarati Cave near Sami, the enchanting Myrtos, the picturesque Fiskardo, the Agios Gerasimos Monastery, and the Ainos National Park with the typical Kefalonian fir and wild horses.
