Stay at Capri Coast in Kelowna was okay overall. The property is a bit old, but it’s well maintained. The highlight was definitely the staff , very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience more pleasant. Overall, an average stay with great customer service.

Property is tired and badly needs a refresh. Checked into hotel, air conditioning in room barely worked and was extremely loud. Complained to desk, moved us to another room, A/C was quieter but not very effective. On very busy street (Harvey) and a lot of homeless hang around the parking lots surrounding hotel. Pool is okay but crowded with limited seating. All and all will stay someplace else next time

Couples’ Retreat

Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Service at this hotel is always excellent and we are repeat customers. Poolside rooms are a treat, although the “little gates” From the balcony don’t open so you still have to walk into the building to get to your room. That’s a shame. We enjoy the resort like feel of the pool area and the excellent bar service.
