Stayed here for two nights (June 26/27). Very convenient location for a conference I was attending nearby, and easy access to major road arteries. A little awkward to get into the parking lot, as you had to go around the buildling to the back off a side road, so initially it was confusing. The premises were clean and surprisingly quiet for being located so close to a major road. The online ability to check-in and check-out made things really easy... just walked in and everything ready for me, so was able to go straight to my room without any waiting. The hotel has a water slide/pool as soon as you entered the lobby, so at times it was busy trying to maneuver around the bodies and kids. The room they gave me was clean and well furnished with everything I needed. Staff were friendly and efficient. It is located to a number of large shopping malls, but not "downtown" so if you are hoping to get a better feel of Kelowna as opposed to suburban shopping, then you will need to drive.
