Staff were helpful ( with TV). They do not call cabs; gave me the number of expensive limo service, so I had to make my own call for cab service. The shower turned to scalding hot for couple seconds!

The staff were good, very helpful. In the next set of units at the location was some illegal activities happening, which would make me not stay there if I had minors with me. I will stay there again, hopefully both pools & hot tubs are in working order.

Staff was awesome but that’s about it. The room was run down, the property was in very rough shape, the area was unpleasant. The walls are paper thin between rooms so expect to hear your neighbours conversations. While run down, the rooms WERE CLEAN and I’ll admit the bed was quite comfortable. The rest of the facility was not great. The pool and hot tub were a terrible colour and closed off with caution tape. The public bathrooms were dirty with blood in the trash can. I stuck it out for the weekend but will not be returning and can’t say I’d recommend the property to anyone.

Building should be tested, or just torn down. Room was dirty, hair on bed and weird stains on dresser as well as on the tub floor. Room says no smoking but smell dirtiness and cigarettes Would not recommend.

Absolutely disgusting. Do not stay here! False advertising on their site. I wish I could share MY pictures. Moldy, dirty, water damaged, chipping paint, holes in walls and around pipes, smelly. It’s appalling that they are even allowed to rent this room out. I felt uncomfortable the entire time I was there—one sleepless night. Absolutely no effort or pride put into the property. Looks like they are just trying to get some money coming in until someone agrees to buy the property and tear the buildings down. Towels and sheets looked clean, but I was so grossed out, I brought in my own camping bedding from the car to sleep on and tub was so gross I didn’t use it. Indoor pool and hot tub not in service. Check in process was fast, I see now because they don’t really seem to care. Should have got my money back and slept in my car.

Half of the buildiing looks to be under construction, the other half is short term housing. The building is very old and the rooms were dirty, stained and not even worth the low price. I would never stay here again. It will definitely appear in an episode of Dateline in the future.

There was no water in the room due to a central plumbing issue. Staff were aware of the issue prior to assigning the room and did not inform me. After inquiring and being told of the problem, I inquired about moving to another room and told none were available, however, they insisted the issue would be resolved in 20 mins. Fast forward to 2+ hours later and still no resolution. I stated it was unacceptable to have no water in a hotel room and that if there were none available, I would like a refund. The staff tried arguing against a refund and tried to have me stay in the room regardless. I insisted on a refund based on the circumstances and was eventually granted one. Other than the room itself, the only way to describe the property is a derelict dump. Most of the hotel property is in various states of disrepair and the website photos are a stark cry from the actual condition of the property. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS
