This home is located on a quiet, private, family-friendly cul-de-sac in Kennebunk. It only takes a quick -1.5 drive to reach the beautiful Mother's Beach, Middle Beach, or Gooch's Beach. Also less than 2 miles away is Kennebunk Lower Village and Dock Square Kennebunkport (Joined by a bridge) is a quaint fisherman's village that has developed over the years into a desirable destination town. Now offers specialty shops, restaurants, bars, fishing and boating charters, and trails to bike or walk.

Guests will have access to the entire cottage and yard.

Our quaint Yellow Cottage is off one of Maine's most picturesque beaches, Goose Rocks Beach. Its charm lures you in to make you feel right at home. The cottage is a short walk to the beach entrance, where you can walk our 3-mile beach, sit and read or watch your children jump the small waves. This neighborhood is quiet and very family-friendly. I am available to answer any questions you may have, messaging through Airbnb is best for me.

Our location couldn't be any more perfect, with just a very short walk to the entrance to Goose Rocks Beach. The Yellow Cottage at Goose Rocks Beach is a 3 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Outside the front door is a porch with a seating area for our guests to sit back and relax after a long day at the beach, leaf-peeping, or shopping in Dock Square. WiFi, bedding, and towels provided. We feature a fully equipped kitchen with most of the small appliances you could need and a full-size stove and refrigerator. In addition, we supply a Keurig and a drip coffee maker, toaster, utensils, plates, pots, pans, etc. We always look forward to hosting great people. Bookings have been coming in fast! Bikes or simply walking is the best way to get around.

Kennebunkport and Kennebunk are centrally located and easily accessible from Interstate 95 just between Portland, Maine. And Portsmouth, NH.
There's an Amtrak train station in Saco and Wells, and Uber transport is available. Portland's international jet port allows for easy flights in and out of Maine. Boston Logan is a short drive, and with a local vendor pick-up and drop-off can be arranged.

We offer beach chairs, towels and an umbrella for our guest use during their stay.
