When my husband went to check in they didn't have our reservation and sent him away saying that we must have booked at the other location. I sent my husband back in with the confirmation email, showing that it was this location. They did not have our reservation and the front desk gal was unsure what to do, so she called her manager. They went round and round. They did eventually give us a room. But it really just made our experience pretty terrible.

I have been staying here for several years and it's consistently good. The rooms are always clean, and this year they have new furniture and fixtures in the rooms. They have great breakfast choices as well. They're very close to lots of shops and restaurants, too.

Comfortable stay.

The staff was so nice and comforting. They went above and beyond. The room was comfortable and it was nice being able to have breakfast before checkout. The only thing was the pool was smaller but the kids still had fun swimming. We’ll be booking at this same location next time we are in Richland.

This is the smallest room I ever remember staying in there is just room to get around the bed. No desk, no chair to sit in. I would deal with that, but there is no overhead light and only a low wattage desk lamp. I had planned on doing some work tonight, but that won't be happening.
