Perfect Golf Getaway in PinehurstOur group of 8 stayed at this incredible 8-bedroom house in Pinehurst for a men’s golf trip, and it exceeded all expectations The property was spacious, beautifully maintained, and perfectly suited for a large group. Each bedroom was comfortable and well-appointed, ensuring everyone had their own space to relax after long days on the course.The common areas were ideal for hanging out—plenty of seating and a great bonus area downstairs with a pool and poker table, darts and bar. The outdoor space was a highlight, with a deck perfect for evening relaxation. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short drive to the legendary Pinehurst and local golf courses. It was so convenient to come back to such a luxurious and welcoming home after a long day of golf. The host was also fantastic, providing clear communication and assistance throughout our stay. If you’re planning a golf trip with friends, this house is a hole-in-one We’re already talking about booking it again for next year. Highly recommend!

This is an absolutely beautiful home with amazing views, security and rooms as advertised. For our golf trip, it would be perfect. However, we booked this for an Easter and 60th Wedding Anniversary family celebration. The advertised “fully stocked chef’s kitchen” does not have a bowl to serve a large salad, platters or pitchers for drinks (mimosas, tea, etc). One used sponge was provided for the kitchen area and no linens. The carpets throughout are in need of a thorough cleaning (many visible stains), stove and dishwasher are not in good condition, and the vacuum cleaner was so weak, we ended up sweeping carpet before the planned party on Sat night. Outdoor porch areas were not usable due to heavy pollen with no visible tools for cleaning. Technology was also a major issue- Wi-Fi was unreliable, and streaming was consistently disrupted. Remotes are missing for many of the TV's. We actually left a day early because we were unable to watch the college basketball championships as planned. On the plus side, bathrooms were well stocked, great toiletries provided, and clean linens provided for bath and bedroom. There is so much space that even with the pre-approved party for 35, we did not feel crowded. The game room is 10 stars! Grandkids loved it. Overall, this is a 5-star property in need of a little love. It has strong potential, but needs improvement to justify the cost.

Our stay at the Kenwood Villa was excellent in every regard. The hosts were accommodating, responsive, and welcoming, and the villa itself was gorgeous, and fully spacious for our large-ish group of 18. With room for 5 cars onsite (and overflow parking at the country club), our large group had a bit of shuttling logistics to work out, but I imagine we were unusual in having 8 cars in play. We heard many comments from our group on how comfortable the beds and bedrooms were; and we really appreciated how the main floor public room was open to the dining area and kitchen, which worked well for our large-group meetings (as we were preparing our own meals, and the cooks weren’t excluded from the flow of discussion).Overall, we have this location very much on our radar for future events, so reserve it early, because you’ll be competing with us for schedule slots!!

We stayed in an 8-bedroom house and the property itself is very nice and spacious. However, our experience was impacted by maintenance issues. We faced sink clogging and commode flushing problems during our stay, and unfortunately the host did not take timely action. The host was also largely unresponsive. Although a plumber was agreed to be sent, this was only scheduled on the day of checkout, which did not help our stay. Due to these issues, almost two bedrooms were unusable for us. Overall, the house has potential, but better maintenance and host responsiveness are needed.

Amazing home for golf trip!

The house was beautiful and the hosts were accommodating and easy to communicate with. We were down for an annual guys golf trip and this property was perfect. The pool table and poker table in the basement were huge hits. Would strongly recommend this property!

Well Appointed Property

Property is an excellent rental house for large groups in the Pinehurst area for a golf trip. Our group was eight couples and it worked perfectly. All bedrooms have their own en suite bathroom. Kitchen/dining facilities are more than adequate, as well as several common leisure areas, including a well-equipped basement game area. Highly recomment.

We had a group of 8 for an offsite business meeting. Everything was wonderful! Check-in was easy, the house was beautiful, immaculate and in a great location. It had everything we needed and a fantastic balcony. We all really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

The house was great, a little dated but very comfortable for 8 friends golfing. Great space and game room. A few minor issues, could have been cleaned a little better, coffee carafe did not fit machine, no stove exhaust, wet and dirty deck furniture and could have used a pot scrubber. Minor but could be improved

Annual Business Meeting

This is the second year we had our annual executive two-day planning meeting at Kenwood Villa. The house is spacious, we all had our own rooms and enjoyed the game room after a long day of discussion. The property manager was easy to get in touch with and responded promptly. Great property!

This house was perfect for 8 guys, everyone had their own bedroom and their own bathroom. You can easily sleep many more in the house, as many of the rooms had 2 large beds. We will be back
