Very Comfortable Stay

We were very pleased. We traveled to Kerrville to visit with family. The house turned out to be super cozy and had everything we needed for our visit. We relaxed, enjoyed meals together in the kitchen and dining room, and also enjoyed a movie night. The ping pong table in the backyard was fun for all of us. The coffee bar was super nice. All amenities were much appreciated. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Communication with host was excellent. Would definitely rent again and would recommend Finish Line to friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Wonderful Cottage in Kerrville!

The Blue Heron Cottage was absolutely perfect! We had a wonderful stay with our son, and our dog especially loved the spacious backyard. The location was ideal—close to our friends’ house, great restaurants, and everything we needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked for our short stay. We’ll definitely be staying here again the next time we’re in Kerrville!

Great stay!

We were here for a quick weekend stay & the house was perfect for our family of four. Beautifully updated and clean, with plenty of extra amenities. The ping pong table was a huge hit with the kids as well! Would highly recommend!

Fourth consecutive year!!!

As always, we love our stay in the Blue Heron Cottage every summer. While my son has fun at a nearby camp, my husband and I chill in the comfy and well-appointed house - what we now call our "summer place." Thanks to Erin, Tom and Sophie for making us feel welcome each and every year!

Yet again, the Blue Heron Cottage became our home away from home. We just adore staying there! Two small things: we ran out of coffee filters for the final day, and there was dirt at the bottom of the stairs stepping up onto the porch that one had to avoid. P.S. That newer sofa in the living room is oh so comfy!

Nice place to stay. Was in town for work so didnt get to use all the great amenities.Only issue was the fire alarm went off in middle of the night for the first two nights randomly. In addition to that another alarm of some sort plugged in to wall socket beeped every few seconds. Outside of

Beautiful house

First of all, the town of Kerrville is a quaint town and a relaxing place to visit. The Blue Heron is a great house that has been so well remodeled. The decor is amazing and plenty of room in this 2/2. This is our second time to stay in this house as it is such a great property. I love the backyard with the cornhole pit on the side and the fire pit to relax and gather in the evening.

Amazing Place!

I've been to a lot of rentals. Many had something about them that were special, but nothing like this. You can tell this place is a labor of love with all the work and attention to detail that went into it. Everything was amazing and our host was fantastic. Check-in was easy, everything was well thought out in the place, and the location was very convenient. Unfortunately, due to the heat, we weren't able to take advantage of all the place had to offer, but we'll definitely be back when the weather is cooler.

Fantastic...as always!

Erin and Tom provide a truly superior rental experience in the Blue Heron Cottage. This past week was our third consecutive year staying in what we affectionately call our "summer home" in Kerrville and we adore the comfy beds, modern bathrooms, and little extras. The ping-pong table in a former garage with its game-room decor, the grill, bike repair rack, outdoor fire pit (not that we've ever used it in m-summer!), and porch with rockers are just so charming. And the inside decor itself is just so inviting! The only suggestion is to replace the sofa with a more comfortable option, but it is a small price to pay for an otherwise wonderful place. Thank you!

Stayed here while in town for a funeral

A sorority sister and I stayed here while in town for another sorority sister’s mother’s funeral. The house was beautiful and had all of the amenities that we could even think about needing. The house next door was being renovated and when we first got there, the men working on the house made us a little uncomfortable. But after that. Everything was fine. I would recommend getting non see through curtains on the main parts of the house. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Ping Pong house :)

We loved this house so much we came back again; this was our second stay at this awesome property! Great location, close to state parks for day hikes and a great home to come back to and relax in. House has a nice kitchen and is also close to a delicious restaurant, Grape Juice, for when you do not want to cook. Kids love the back yard and call it the Ping Pong house and want to come again already :) Thanks Tom and Erin!

Fun, Stylish Bungalow

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Everything felt fresh, clean, comfortable and updated. The backyard and game barn made the property feel larger with more space for activities (my 7 and 11 yo loved the games)! Furthermore, there is a definite attention to detail with these property owners and managers.
