Experience Ketchikan with a front row view of the ocean. This one bedroom one bath apartment is located 14 miles from town on one of Ketchikan’s most scenic beaches. With direct beach access you can spend your days whale watching or beachcombing without a drive. We are located 20 minutes from town and 10 minutes from Knudsen Cove marina. The apartment is fully furnished, has a washer & dryer, and a kitchen with all dishes and cooking utensils you need. 2 TVs with with streaming devices so you can login to your preferred streaming account. The rental is a lower level attached apartment. The owners live upstairs with their five children and one dog.

We live in the upper unit with 4 kids and two dogs. This apartment isn’t a great fit for someone working the night shift while in town :-)

Didn’t appreciate the nonstop noise 6:30AM til 10 PM. Shower 18” off the floor was difficult to get out of. For 3 day stay we were expected to purchase coffee, sugar, creamer, filters, hand towels, dish soap normally provided. Beautiful view blocked by weeds. Mattress was very comfortable, place clean, owner very nice. Located close to nice parks and fishing far away from droves of tourists and restaurants.

Great place to stay in Ketchikan!

We loved staying at Autumn's place! It was nice to be a bit out of town on a beautiful beach. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and the kids were one of the best parts of our stay. It was so sweet when they came down to deliver cake :) Highly recommend!
