Absolutely Wonderful

Key Colony Point is a gem of a property in a lovely location. The building and unit are immaculate, the property manager accessible, friendly and very helpful. The decor is current and beautiful and the views- breathtaking. We spent hours on the balcony watching the sun rise and enjoying the calm of the day. The balcony wraps around the all-window unit, so if you need sun, shade or wish to hide from a windy day, there is a place on that balcony for you! The keys are scant on beaches (as you know) and we found the small beach on this property to be perfect. The pool is clean and well maintained. I couldn’t be happier that we chose this condo for our winter vacation this year. I am a very picky, highly traveled renter, and this place is five star all the way. We hope to return again. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

The perfect condo

We had the best time on our vacation. The condo is in the perfect location. It's furnished perfectly. Elizabeth the manager was very helpful. We used the grill, fishing pier, snorkeled around the rocks & swam in the pool. We had a few of our cousins that stayed a few days as well. Its the perfect size. The view is spectacular. You wont be disappointed. We swam with the dolphins at dolphin research. Fished 2 days with Two Conchs Charters. We stayed busy all 9 days but we always looked forward to going back to the condo. We appreciate you sharing your condo. We look forward to going back. Its highly recommended. You wont be disappointed.

April Vacation

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family - we loved staying here. It was fully equipped with everything we needed but the balcony was the absolute best. We saw rays just below and dolphins on a daily basis and it was the perfect spot for sunrise. We also loved the pool and fishing pier.

This unit is the most beautiful place I have ever stayed. The furniture is gorgeous, the decorations beautiful and the wrap around porch is amazing. You can watch the sunrise from the balcony and go by the pool to see sunset. Beds are incredibly comfortable. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need. I would highly recommend staying in unit 37 at Key Colony. You will not be disappointed

Dream Stay

This property is absolutely gorgeous and the views and location are amazing. The pictures do not even do it justice. You cannot get any closer to the ocean! My husband and I had no desire to even leave the balcony because of the great view. We were so lucky to stumble upon this property at the last minute. The inside is very spacious, clean, and great coastal decor. A great find!

Winter break

We enjoyed a week with slow mornings, walks and coffee on the balcony. Spotted dolphins, manatee and turtles. We also made a trip into Key West, did a sunset cruise and went snorkeling. Great week at a very quiet place.

Our stay in unit 37 was awesome! This unit was absolutely beautiful. The only thing you will need to bring is food/beverages. The owner has supplied just about everything you can think of. I would rate this unit in our top 3 of places that we have rented for vacation. We would definitely try to rent when we make trip again. Thank you to the owner Micki! Until next time!!

Incredible Holiday Getaway

We had an amazing time! The condo is absolutely stunning and has everything you would likely have in your own home. In fact, by the end of the week I was really, really wishing this was my own home. The views are stunning. HIGHLY recommend this for anyone looking for a get away to the Keys.

PARADISE!!

This was by far one the most gorgeous views and PRIME location sitting right on the point of the ocean and channel coming out ! STUNNING !! Have been to a lot of Caribbean islands and this view I would say was by far one of the best I have ever seen! If it wasn’t for my teenage children I would have been fine sitting on the balcony the entire time!! HIGHLY recommended! Jessica Terry Home of the Great Lakes!

Perfect vacation

Wow - what a location and the views are outstanding! This condo is so tasteful and yet very comfortable. The highlight was the wrap around balcony. My kids played on the small beach just in front of the condo building and loved their time at the pool. The photos do not do this place justice. If you are going to the Keys, this is a great central location. Quiet and so very beautiful. Thank you for an amazing stay. We can't wait to come back.

Gorgeous inside and out

We had a wonderful two weeks in this newly remodeled condo. Beautiful Keys interior that was upscale but welcoming. The kitchen was well equipped, although with so many excellent local restaurants we did minimal cooking. The main attraction for us was the wrap around balcony with endless views of the Atlantic. I love going to sleep and waking to the sound of waves and the sight of sunrise on another glorious day at KCP. At night we could watch the moon rise over the ocean right from bed. It just doesn’t get better than this! Disclaimer: we booked directly from the property manager, not through VRBO, and were taken by surprise when we started getting communication about this stay through VRBO. We have used VRBO many times but not this one.
