This property has a 3 month minimum stay requirement by the community. This is a gated community and they charge a $300 application fee, $40 background check per person and a $500 security deposit. Enjoy your lengthy stay here at this charming villa nestled in a beautiful oceanside gated community. There are many amenities. Spend a lazy day at the pool, or join in the many activities offered in the community. Residents get together and play tennis 3 times a week and pickleball 3 times week. They even play softball, bocce ball, and shuffleboard outdoors. In the clubhouse there is 2 pool tables, pingpong, darts and shuffleboard. There is even a community beach access area where small boats can be launched. There is also a dock with several slips, some are available for subleasing.
During your stay at this villa, you'll be within walking distance of Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary Visitor's Center. Laundry facilities and an arcade/games room are available. The villa offers free WiFi and a kitchen.
