I truly enjoyed this property as a first time guest. Very clean, nice front desk and even received a nice view upon request. The reason why this hotel establishment only receives 2 Stars is because I accidentally left an item behind hanging in the closet (a costly item of value) and I realized about 4 hours later after I checked out of the hotel and I called the front desk the same day and was told by 3 different front desk staff that they would contact the housekeeping to check. The following day, I did not receive a call, the following day after I called back and the hotel front desk then said file a claim online. I filed and then the following day after that (now we are on day 4) I asked to speak to a manager and ask to check the room and I was told that the housekeeping service did not see the item there.
I would not expect for the housekeeping service to take my item when they cleaned out the room. This action is what make me not want to return to this hotel again and to also ensure I check every part of the room before checking out.
