Weekend in paradise

This vacation rental was very nice. Comfortable beds, clean, and well stocked. We were two families and had plenty of room to spread out. It has two living room areas. The complex was also very nice and it was very easy to reserve and use the marina. Note that is a separate reservation. The host was an excellent communicator. The property amenities were very nice. We used the tennis courts adjacent to the unit, the gym, and the pool. There was also a food truck on site for lunch. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Family Friendly Vacation Destination

We really enjoyed our stay. The set up of the home was absolutely perfect for our two families of four. All the kids bunked together and then each set of parents enjoyed a king bedroom to themselves. The property amenities are lovely and easy to navigate. Communication was clear and easy to follow making a very seamless check in and out experience. The home is beautifully decorated and appointed with all the necessities and more. Would for sure recommend.

Perfect quick getaway location!

Family of 5 plus an aunt and uncle and this place was absolutely perfect! More than enough room for all of us- location was great, close to restaurants, state park, and the club amenities were excellent! The weather didn’t fully cooperate but we were able to take a trip to Robbie’s, stopped at some great little shops on the way back, sampled excellent local beers and home in time for a couple hours at the pool. Next day we went to Cannon Beach at the state park and were able to fit in snorkeling (purchase a snorkel/mask set outside of park - they charge WAY too much at the little shop). Family attended Holy Week services at nearby church, we completed a puzzle and watched movies. All the perfect blend of adventure and down time together! We are definitely going to make plans to return here! Jerry was super responsive and helpful!

Overall, this rental offers a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and convenience. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a perfect place for sharing with friends. The 3 floor layout offers plenty of space and amenities for everyone to enjoy without feeling cramped. With its modern design and ample privacy, each guest can have their own comfortable retreat while still enjoying the communal space. Perfect for 2 couples

This property worked great for us! We have 1 child and went with some friends. Our friends were able to have their own space on the 1st floor and we had ours on the 3rd. The pool was very nice and the entire community was beautiful.

Great place!!!

Jerry is a super host and his townhouse is gorgeous. The pictures show exactly how beautiful it is. The upper deck is great for watching stars and it is a lovely unit - clean and modern. Beds also super comfortable. Right by pickleball courts. Walkable location. Pools are warm and pool areas are well maintained and really pretty. Health club is great too. Highly recommend! You will not be disappointed.

Perfect place to make wonderful family memories.

Beautiful house. Very clean. Everything was top notch from the towels to the appliances. It was the perfect place for our family to stay. The three floors (plus sunroof) gave us spaces for privacy and spaces to spend time together. The resort was great and very well maintained. Pools and hot tub were super-clean and spacious. We fished off the pier. We saw a manatee! Thank you so very much for sharing your beautiful home with our family, Jerry!

Relaxation and Fun In Key Largo

Jerry’s condo is very spacious, wonderfully furnished, and an excellently equipped kitchen (including a patio gas grill). The pools at the complex are great for relaxing in the sun/shade, and the location of the property is ideal for local restaurants and activities. Jerry is an excellent communicator, providing prompts and accurate answers to all questions. This property is highly recommended for a fun and relaxing time in Key Largo and we look forward to a return visit. Thanks!

Perfect stay for my 50th birthday

We looked at SO MANY places before we chose Jerry's place & we are very happy we did! This is by far the best vacation rental we have ever rented. Very clean & well maintained! I cannot say enough good things about this property. The townhome was absolutely gorgeous. The decor was amazing. It was very clean. The check in process and directions were very easy to follow. They provided everything you could ever want in a place to stay. Thr pool was awesome as well. Would highly recommend this property to everyone.

Great condo

From the moment we walked into the condo, we were happy with the choice we made. The condo was super clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and a great location. There were 2 minor issues, but the owner was super easy to communicate with and very quick to respond. The owner even offered us late checkout, which we didn't need to use. This condo is centrally located to everything in town and great location on the property. I would definitely rebook this property and recommend it to others looking.
