I rented the economy room. This was only good enough for one person. It was probably the worst mistake I’ve ever made in renting a room like this. The person I went with was so upset with me because it was so small that we couldn’t even walk in the room at the same time. There wasn’t enough room to even put both of our bags down. There was a gap under the door that little critters could definitely come in. There were small tiny bugs all over in the bathroom. It wasn’t one or two I’m talking like 50 altogether swarmed around the mirror and on the sink. The staff was nice and the cleaning people as they gave me extra towels when I asked. Unfortunately, I will never rent that room again.

This was basically the cheapest place I could find at that time in the Keys. The cottages appear to be older, like 1950's, cottages that have been split into 2 rooms. Outlets are limited, space is limited. Would not recommend for 2 people. No pavement on the property, so a motorcycle was difficult.

We enjoyed the kayaking. The room was clean. The grounds need some work. The dock needs more lighting and the furnishings are dated and rooms are janky. Air conditioner was loud.
