Beautiful place in to stay in Key West. Had great amenities, the property is cute, bright and welcoming. Front desk were very nice and helpful! Felt I picked the right place. The roosters on the property were cool to see roam around. Shuttle bus available to transport you to downtown Key West. The upgrade was awesome! I wish I stayed longer, but I will be returning.

Messed up TV remote and Construction noises

Everything was fine except 1.) the television remote and 2.) construction noise by the pool. We couldn't figure out how to use the remote and there were no instructions to be found. The construction noise near the pool was annoying at best.
