This beautifully renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach getaway is waiting for your perfect escape. See the Sunset and stroll the sidewalks at this perfect location away from the crowds but an easy 5 minute ride to the historic Old Town district. This fully turn key condo has all the amenities you would desire in a home away from home. There is easy elevator access to your 3rd floor retreat. As you step into your spacious sanctuary, you have an open kitchen with a selection of implements to match your culinary skill and is well equipped with a variety of glassware, place settings and service pieces. You can also relax and watch tv in the open living room after a day of fun in the sun. Full-size washer and dryer is also included in the unit.
Walk across the street along the beach for a refreshing morning or evening stroll on Smathers Beach. Bring your rackets and tennis balls to take advantage of the onsite tennis courts. The master suite has a king bed with an updated ensuite bath offering a walk in shower. The two guest rooms each have a queen bed TV's with basic cable access. They share a bathroom conveniently located in the hallway also equipped with a relaxing walk in shower. Parking is available for up to two vehicles. **60 DAY MINIMUM STAY IS REQUIRED**
